Our client is seeking a meticulous Final Quality Inspector I to join their team and play a crucial role in the production assembly process. If you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, this opportunity is for you! Responsibilities of the Final Quality Inspector I Adhere to all ESD requirements and Board Handling protocols. Utilize Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) handling requirements based on component moisture sensitive levels (MSL). Verify product compliance with workmanship standards and customer requirements. Conduct 1st piece inspections and ensure process compliance with procedures. Disposition assemblies for rework and repair, and authorize shipment of compliant products. Support and follow all ISO standards related to various Quality Management Systems. Contribute to corporate and site 6S objectives and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements of the Final Quality Inspector I High School Diploma or GED required. 0-6 months of previous experience in a similar role. Ability to utilize electronic manufacturing systems (Epicor) and pass IPC-DVD-64C Component Identification. Proficiency in reading blueprints, assembly drawings, and customer Bills of Materials. Familiarity with First Piece, In Process, Audit, and Final Quality Control Inspection Procedures. Skilled in using inspection gauges such as calipers, rulers, and microscopes. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
