THE WORK
Sikorsky is seeking to hire a full time Reliability and Maintainability Engineer to support R&M activities for various Aircraft programs across the company.
In this role, you will:
-Perform reliability and maintainability analysis basics, support development of related analysis deliverables in support of the H-60 and Advanced Design/Concept programs. Analysis types include: R&M predictions and fleet data analysis, Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Fault Trees Analysis (FTA), failure analysis, and corrective action (FRACAS)
-Support development of H-60 Program production or modification proposals or other development and production programs, including technical and cost volumes and supporting technical analyses.
- Support regular EVMS reporting and schedule management.
- Provide R&M Engr design and Failure Analysis support to assigned IPTs and suppliers.
- Will support and/or lead functional and/or digital transformation projects or represent R&M in larger 1LMX or other transformation projects.
- Support Tools/Methods/Database integration projects across Specialty Engineering within RMS.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related from an accredited college with 3-5 years of related experience, or equivalent experience/combined education.Experience with Reliability Analysis, Statistics, Quality Assurance, Data Analytics/Data Engineering/Data Visualization or Application Development.
