Position Overview The Assembler (Test Technician) plays a critical role in ensuring electronic products meet strict quality and performance standards. You'll perform detailed functional testing, troubleshoot electronic assemblies, and work with advanced test stations and diagnostic equipment in a structured, qualityfocused environment. Key Responsibilities Perform functional testing of electronic assemblies to verify quality and performance Operate and monitor InCircuit Test (ICT), Flying Probe (FTP), and Automated Xray Inspection (AXI) systems Troubleshoot analog and digital electronics down to the component level Debug printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to ensure reliability Set up, configure, and monitor test stations and fixtures Use electronic test equipment including digital meters, power meters, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Conduct inspections and accurately document test results Follow established safety, test procedures, and quality standards Required Skills Handson experience testing electronic assemblies or circuits Componentlevel troubleshooting of analog and digital electronics Experience using electronic test and measurement equipment Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures Active security clearance Preferred Qualifications Experience with ICT, Flying Probe, or AXI systems PCBA debugging in a production or test environment Familiarity with RF concepts and testing Test fixture setup and equipment configuration experience Work Environment Brandnew, climatecontrolled facility Clean, organized, processdriven manufacturing floor Focus on precision, safety, and quality Collaborative, teamoriented culture Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Newark, NY.
