What You'll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on residential HVAC systems
• Review completed HVAC installations and service work for code compliance, safety, and quality standards
• Identify root causes of recurring system issues and recommend corrective action
• Serve as a technical resource for field technicians, offering coaching and guidance when needed
• Verify system performance, airflow, refrigerant charge, and controls operation
• Ensure all work aligns with F.H. Furr quality standards, manufacturer specs, and industry best practices
• Document findings clearly and professionally
• Represent F.H. Furr with a customerfirst, solutionsfocused mindset

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of handson HVAC service experience with strong diagnostic depth
• Expert knowledge of residential HVAC systems (gas furnaces, heat pumps, ACs, controls)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot nonroutine, highlevel technical issues
• Strong understanding of airflow, electrical systems, refrigeration, and combustion
• EPA certification required (NATE certification strongly preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workmanship quality
• Strong communication skills-calm, clear, and professional
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
