Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Compliance Analyst - Remote position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a 9+ month contract opportunity. 100% Remote.

Pay range: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

The Compliance Analyst will support advisors and clients by reviewing investment transactionsincluding new accounts, subsequent transactions, and trade monitoringto ensure adnce to regulations andpany policies. This role will work specifically with the annuity product line.

Responsibilities:

Review new accounts, transactions, and trades to ensurepliance with regulations andpany policies

knowledge ofpliance requirements to support advisors and clients

Demonstrate ownership and accountability in daily responsibilities

Adapt to working with limited information while maintaining accuracy and diligence

Learn technicalpliance subjects, seek feedback, and continuous improvement

Collaborate with team members and provide input on process efficiency

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry

Either FINRA Series 7 & 24 licenses or Series 6 & 26 required

Experience with annuities

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and SharePoint

Desired skills:

Advertisingpliance experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently with a high sense of ownership and accountability
