Boise, is NOW HIRING for a Quality Assurance Technician Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (occasional overtime) $18.00 p/h+ DOE Employer-paid benefits upon full-time hire (health, dental, vision, life insurance) Immediate hire opportunity Duties: Perform in-process (IPQA) and final quality control inspections on machined and fabricated components Ensure all parts meet customer specifications and requirements Gather and compile QC data for First Article Inspections (FAIs) Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 quality management system standards Read and interpret customer packaging requirements and ensure proper final packaging Communicate with employees, vendors, and customers via phone, email, and online systems Assist with documentation, reporting, and quality tracking processes Support production and quality initiatives across departments Other duties as assigned Requirements: Previous quality assurance experience required Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems is highly desired Experience using precision measuring tools (CMM, height gauge, profilometer, calipers, etc.) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications (GD&T knowledge a plus) Familiarity with fluid processing products (tubing, pipe, valves, fittings) is helpful but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite SolidWorks and QuickBooks experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Must have valid driver's license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check and be drug-free
