Auditor - Sales, Marketing and Distribution

Independent function, protecting Bayer's enterprise value and License to Operate with high expertise in governance, country audits and risk transparency, prioritizing on high-risk areas and clear result evaluation. Participates in and/or conducts planned and ad-hoc internal audits globally within and across organizational boundaries with the objective to assess the respective processes and the control environment in order to support risk mitigation, assets safeguarding, and process improvements

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Auditor- Sales, Marketing, and Distribution, are to:

Conduct independent and professional audits in cross functional topics with a focus on Sales, Marketing & Distribution

Contribute to the assessment of the "as is" situation of the audit object in scope with regard to adherence to Bayer rules, regulations & policies, country law as well as appropriate risk mitigation.

Prepare the facts for audit report/closing presentation and supporting lead auditor and audit group manager in writing the audit report

Support to provide candid and audience tailored feedback in form of sound developed recommendations in comprehensive audit reports.

Participate proactively in the continuous development of state-of-the-art audit tools and methods.

Participate proactively to ensure knowledge sharing within the IA& RM community.

Support the IA&RM organization in daily operations, special projects and functional working groups.

WHO YOU ARE

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Experience in Sales, Marketing & Distribution or Finance, related subject matter roles/positions in industry or academia

Sound analytical, digital and conceptual skills (including artificial intelligence and Power BI)

Ability to adapt to different tasks quickly and agile working style

Good communication and presentation skills

Conflict management and collaboration skills

Capability in building trustful working relationship

Good project management skills and good, established capability in planning and aligning

Capability and flexibility to work in a multicultural environment and in global teams (significant portion of travel time abroad)

Fluent in English, additional languages are beneficial

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree or MBA

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $88,720.00 - 123,080.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
