Vandalia Health is seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Quality to lead quality, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives at Mon Health Medical Center. This candidate will partner closely with the Chief Nursing Executive and system leadership to drive measurable outcomes, ensure regulatory excellence, and advance a culture of continuous improvement.

What Youll Do

• Lead strategic quality and patient safety initiatives across the organization
• Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and improve clinical outcomes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards
• Oversee quality reporting and performance metrics
• Collaborate with executive leadership and Risk Management to drive system-wide improvements

What You Bring

• Masters Degree (required)
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 5+ years in Quality Management
• Proven leadership experience in Quality, Risk, or Compliance (matrixed healthcare environment preferred)
