Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $120,000 to $140,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan schedule and independently perform internal audits across property corporate and operational areas using a risk focused approach.

Lead internal control activities including compliance planning walkthroughs testing documentation and follow up actions.

Develop update and execute audit plans that align with business objectives emerging risks and regulatory expectations.

Prepare clear audit reports that summarize findings risks and recommended improvements for management review.

Partner with internal teams and external auditors to support audits investigations special projects and process enhancements.

Requirements:

A Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related discipline.

4+ years of progressive audit experience with demonstrated ownership of audit engagements.

3+ years of hands on experience supporting internal control compliance activities.

Show interest or experience using data analytics automation and audit technologies to improve efficiency.

Work independently manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications:

Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex information.

Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbal presentations to diverse audiences.

Maintain high organizational standards attention to detail and consistent focus on accuracy and quality.

Build effective cross functional relationships through collaboration sound judgment and solution oriented thinking.

Bring certification credentials or industry experience in regulated environments considered beneficial.
