Quality Technician III - Grave Shift Fife, WA | 6 PM-6 AM (2-2-3 schedule) $25-$33/hr + $2/hr differential | OT may be required We're hiring a Quality Technician III to support Pultrusion and Vinyl manufacturing at Milgard Windows & Doors. This role focuses on handson manufacturing inspection ideal for candidates from aerospace, metal fabrication, machining, plastics, automotive, or other precision manufacturing environments . What You'll Do Perform visual and dimensional inspections using calipers, rulers, tape measures, and Milgardspecific tools Read and interpret engineering drawings Complete accurate documentation and support work instruction updates Analyze defect trends and assist with corrective actions Partner with production teams on root cause and containment What We're Looking For 3+ years of manufacturing quality/inspection experience Strong measurement tool experience Solid computer skills and ability to follow detailed work instructions Understanding of basic quality tools (DMAIC helpful) Ability to lift 50 lbs+ Note: Food production and medical device backgrounds do not align with this role.
