About the Role
Centro, Inc. is seeking a Pre-Delivery Inspector (PDI) to join our Quality team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that only high-quality products that meet customer specifications are shipped. The PDI is often the final person to inspect product prior to delivery, ensuring parts are defect-free, properly labeled, and packaged correctly.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who is committed to quality, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform pre-delivery inspections of rotomolded plastic products to ensure compliance with customer and quality specifications.
Use hand and power tools to complete product finishing and inspection tasks.
Maintain accurate inspection records and enter inspection data into Excel.
Identify, mark, and report product defects to leadership and Quality team members.
Complete and attach hold tags to defective or questionable products.
Review and follow written documentation such as PSRs and Product Change Notices (PCNs).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist other team members and support production schedules as needed.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts, cross-training, and skill development.
Support training of new associates and assist with other duties as assigned.
Operate forklift equipment if certified.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience in manufacturing or material handling is a plus.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy.
Comfortable using digital scales, computers, and labeling software.
Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in temperatures ranging from 55F to 110F.
Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including weekends.
A valid driver s license
Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
