Job Summary:

Independent professional performing preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance inspections of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge in such trades as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, but possesses a high level of attention to detail, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow proficient as we assure quality results provided to our customer, providing accurate timely reporting as required, communicating effectively to management as well as subcontractors through routine quality control checks, establishing a good rapport with facility contacts and affiliate personnel.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Manage and develop workload schedules

Develop training and awareness programs on ground maintenance and best practices

Ensure all federal, state, and local statuary requirements are followed

Ensuring that business goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met in accordance with the job site requirements

Assisting with the hiring, interviewing, and training processes

Writing forecasts or predictions for a team productivity

Duties/Responsibilities:

Perform quality control inspections in facility operations, maintenance, and facility repair

Responsible for assuring subcontractor results follow the requirements of the Quality Control Plan by performing routine inspection checks

Provide timely, accurate, and relevant data and analysis to enable effective management of maintenance operations

Perform on-site inspections of service at all stages to ensure the highest possible quality standards

Analyze data feeds and error logs to determine points of failure and devise solutions

Create and present recommendations to streamline production processes in ways that heighten quality standards

Ensure final services adhere to all specifications and regulations

Plan, develop, and implement quality systems to ensure mission success

Investigating, analyzing, containing, and correcting quality problems

Perform audits and implement new strategies to improve the condition and performance

Required Skills/Abilities:

Proficient in written and oral communication skills according to skill requirements

Possess strong computer skills, able to read, write, and comprehend written instructional documents

Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume

Ability to apply concepts of introductory algebra and geometry

Proficient Microsoft Office productivity suite

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

At least four years of related experience required

At least one of the following certifications or similar

Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)

Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)

Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)

Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged period of standing, bending, reaching, and working with hands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Occasional periods of prolonged exposure to loud noises

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times

Ability to stand, walk, and reach with arms and hands as necessary

Ability to hear and see to position and safety requirement levels

Occasional exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, and chemicals

Special Qualifications/Requirements:

Must be able to successfully pass as required a federal, state, or local government's background investigation
