As a Quality Engineer , you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting product and production quality initiatives . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills , attention to detail , and the ability to work independently , which will align successfully in the organization.

• Plan, lead, and support product and production quality activities throughout the project and production life cycle.
• Develop, improve, and implement quality design tools and methods, ensuring proper usage across engineering functions.
• Design and analyze inspection and testing processes, mechanisms, and equipment to ensure product precision and accuracy.
• Conduct quality assurance testing and perform statistical analysis to evaluate process control and manage quality risks.
• Perform root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions and deviations meet reliability and documentation standards.

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a Quality Engineering or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality processes including PFMEA, Control Plans, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) .
• Experience performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Proficiency with quality and statistical tools such as Minitab and Excel .
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Catia, or Creo .
