You will be the Field Service Representative (FSR) for the HIMARS/MLRS Support Team. Our team delivers world class sustainment for the U.S. Armys High Mobility Artillery Rocket System, handling everything from system upgrades to on site fault isolation, diagnostics, and repairs of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical subsystems.
What You Will Be Doing
As the FSR you will be the frontline technical ambassador for LockheedMartin at Fort Drum, NY, providing expert maintenance and rapid trouble shooting for HIMARS/MLRS platforms. Youll work directly with the Army customer, travel to OCONUS and war zone sites as needed, and ensure mission critical equipment stays mission ready.
Your responsibilities will include:
Perform detailed fault isolation, diagnostics, and repair of HIMARS/MLRS electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on launch vehicles, launch pods, and associated support equipment.
Serve as the primary technical liaison between LockheedMartin and the Army customer, maintaining professional, trust based relationships.
Document all work in accordance with MIL STD and company quality procedures.
Prepare and deliver technical briefings and status reports to customers and leadership.
Deploy on short notice to OCONUS and combat zone locations, supporting live fire and operational testing events.
Complete post offer, pre employment physicals and obtain an interim Secret clearance within 90days of hire.
Secure a valid U.S. passport within the first 60days to enable global deployment.

This position is in Fort Drum, NY.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
2. Repair & Replacement: Fixing or replacing faulty assemblies, modules, and cables.
3. Maintenance: Performing unit-level to Depot level maintenance on launchers (M270, HIMARS), knowledge on test equipment, and ability to use training devices.
4. Documentation: Completing maintenance forms, logs, and records. A working knowledge of Microsoft products.
5. Technical Skills: Working with schematics, wiring diagrams, and specialized test equipment like the IETM.
6. Quality Assurance & Safety: Conduct functional tests and post repair verification to ensure compliance with performance specifications and safety standards. Identify and report non conforming conditions; recommend corrective actions to senior leadership and engineering support.1. Logistics & Supply Support: Coordinate the requisition, receipt, and inventory control of spare parts, repair kits, and test equipment. Serve as a point of contact for export/import of critical support items when supporting forward deployed units or allied partners.
2. Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain an interim secret clearance within 90 days).
3. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 55lb., work in confined spaces, and operate at heights as required by launcher maintenance.
4. Liaison & Training: Coordinate and conduct briefings with senior levels of unit command and lower levels of unit personnel to include hip pocket training of the HIMARS fire control system. To represent Lockheed Martin and the LCLS Program as the Subject Matter Experts in the right choice for logistics and sustainment support.
