Job Description

Responsibilities of Role:

Key Responsibilities

Implement and improve quality system procedures and ensure compliance using SAP

Support suppliers with Control Plans, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and process capability studies

Perform supplier PPAPs, process audits, and key product audits; track actions in SAP

Manage supplier corrective and preventive actions (SCAR/CAPA) and verify effectiveness

Analyze SAP quality data, finished product issues, and customer complaints to drive improvements

Act as the quality liaison between suppliers, purchasing, and internal stakeholders

Provide technical quality support to the purchasing function

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

experience in quality or engineering within machining or assembly manufacturing

Strong knowledge of quality tools, GD&T, and blueprint reading

Experience working with SAP for quality data, NCRs, PPAPs, or supplier performance tracking

Strong communication and problemsolving skills
