Job Requirements
The Document Control Specialist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of ISO 9001 Quality Management documentation within the organization. This role ensures that documents-both electronic and hard copy-are accurately created, tracked, filed, and distributed. The position requires coordinating document revisions, maintaining version control, storage and access, and supporting compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.

Work Experience
- Associate's degree in business administration, Information Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree
- Two (2) years of proven experience in document control or administrative support in relevant industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of document control principles, version control, and compliance standards
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with audit support, regulatory compliance, or quality control systems is a plus
