Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Compliance Analyst for a contract position with a Major Financial Institution located in New York, NY. This is a hybrid 3+ month contract opportunity.

Summary:

This role ensures that the organization ads to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and reporting onpliance-related activities, reviewing internal processes to identify risks, and conducting audits.

Responsibilities:

Review and assess internal processes to identify potentialpliance risks

Conduct audits and prepare reports to documentpliance findings

Monitor regulatory changes and assist in updating policies and procedures

Support investigations intopliance issues and rmend corrective actions

Collaborate with departments to ensure adnce to legal and regulatory requirements

Assist in training staff onpliance-related topics

Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in apliance or audit role

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to the industry such as SOX, GDPR, or HIPAA

Experience with risk assessment and internal auditing practices

Strong analytical, research, andmunication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office andpliance management tools

Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information

Pay range: up to $48.18 per hour
