What you'll do

As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will work closely with our clients and their suppliers to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting supplier audits, process validations, and quality assessments.
• Leading root cause analysis and corrective action processes to resolve quality issues.
• Managing APQP, PPAP, and other quality documentation to ensure supplier compliance.
• Monitoring supplier performance using key quality metrics and driving improvements.
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth product launches and production.
• Ensuring suppliers meet industry standards and client-specific requirements.
• Support our great team by taking on internal work and coaching others.

Who you are

You have 2-5 years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or a related field.You have a background in manufacturing and experience with quality systems.You are familiar with quality tools and methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, 8D, etc.).You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.You can effectively communicate and collaborate with suppliers, engineers, and management.Your English skills are solid, German and/or Spanish is a plus.You are willing to travel.You are legally authorized to work in the U.S.
