Job Responsibilities
Inspect and test incoming materials, products in production and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
Record and analyze inspection and test data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Investigate non-conformances and deviations from quality standards to identify root cause and implement corrective actions
Maintain accurate documentation of inspection and rest results
Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards
Engage in internal and external audits to provide support and documentation
Enhance product quality, process efficiency and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives
Experience in quality control or inspection, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of quality management principles, practices, and methodologies
Exceptional attention to detail
Critical problem solving skills to identify and address quality issues
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of quality standards and regulations (ITAF16949:2016 & ISO 9001)
Wear safety glasses and other PPE as required
Associate Requirements
HS Diploma or GED
Background Check
Able to Lift 20 pounds
Drug Test
Must be at least 18 years old
