You will lead and develop people, processes, and systems that ensure the highest safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency You will work on comprehensive reports, provide timely responses, and be the point of contact between the various departments within the company and customers.

How you create impact

Will provide leadership and direct support to quality activities for storage conditions, product handling, kitting, labeling and distribution operations in a temperature controlled and validated environment.

The QA Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Quality Manager in the design and maintenance of quality programs, including but not limited to QA plans, inspection procedures, work instructions, training, deviation investigations and CAPA management.

QA Supervisor must have a clear understanding of FDA GMP, WHO GMP/GDP/GSP EU GDP, DSCSA, NABP, and state regulations regarding distribution of FDA regulated products, medical devices, etc. state medical device regulatory requirements, and DEA and state regulatory requirements for controlled substances storage & distribution practices.

The QA Supervisor is a recognized leader for Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Operations from a Compliance, Regulatory and Quality compliance perspective. The QA Supervisor works closely with the Operations team, and the local QSHE teams to maintain and continually improve the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare service offering as it relates to the changing needs of clients and i the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry.

What we would like you to bring

A BS/BA degree in Logistics, Biology, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum or 5 years' prior experience in similar position

Prior experience working in healthcare/medical device regulated environment (FDA GMP, WHO GMP/GDP/GSP, EU GDP) required

Significant experience with implementation, maintenance of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 22000)

Experience with auditing of Quality Systems

Experience with validations and qualifications desired (systems, processes, facilities)

Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook)

Very organized / Methodical

Critical / Analytic / Objective

Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
