Work closely with fab partners to identify, contain non-conforming wafers (unplanned deviations) and assess risk to outgoing quality of product wafers. Develop QA dashboards and/or automated reports using R/Python/Tableau. Develop machine learning models with interactive web API dashboards, and also predict wafer/die level quality prior to electrical testing and customer shipments Automate product dispositions and risk assessment quality reports Master's Degree in Electrical, Materials Science, & Microelectronics Engineering or Bachelor's Degree and relevant semiconductor manufacturing or testing experience. Must have coursework in semiconductor device physics and/or fabrication. Good understanding of CMOS reliability failure models and basic understanding of DRAM or FLASH memory component's reliability. Basic coursework or understanding in statistics, probability theory, and machine learning. Good oral and verbal communication skills and ability to innovate and collaborate in a team environment. Good skills in using Python for Data Analysis, Visualization, and Machine Learning. Preferred some skills in developing Web APIs to deploy Machine Learning models.
