Essential Functions & Key Areas of Responsibility

• Daily loan file maintenance review.
• New loan file maintenance review.
• 10% loan file maintenance review.
• Document file maintenance errors and missing documentation.
• Review and verify electronic document storage.
• Ensure loans on the Core match loan origination software.
• Private mortgage insurance boarding testing.
• Flood insurance boarding testing.
• Collateral lien position testing.
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts daily.
• Prepare management response documents.
• Assist with Audit and Exam preparation.
• Payoff charge testing.
• Payoff letter testing.
• Escrow analysis exclude code testing.
• Document collection for Audits.
• Complete ongoing Loan Servicing Quality Control training, as assigned, in a timely manner.
