What You will Do:

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to contribute to quality validation of software systems supporting SAP, TeamCenter PLM, and robotic control applications integrated through a RabbitMQ-based data broker.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test planning, automated test development, and hands-on validation of enterprise-grade systems in manufacturing, supply chain, or data infrastructure domains.

Key Responsibilities

Test Design & Execution

Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for integrated systems including SAP, TeamCenter PLM, and robotic control platforms.

Validate data flows through RabbitMQ message queues and integration broker interfaces.

Participate in end-to-end system, integration, and regression testing cycles.

Automation & CI/CD Integration

Create and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent frameworks.

Work with DevOps to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

Contribute to test automation coverage for APIs, UIs, and message queues.

Defect Management & Reporting

Identify, document, and track defects in alignment with project SLAs.

Collaborate with developers and business analysts to reproduce issues and verify fixes.

Maintain test logs, defect trends, and traceability to business requirements.

Collaboration & Quality Ownership

Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, integration leads, and system architects.

Participate in design reviews and requirement walkthroughs to provide QA perspective early in the cycle.

Support QA documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Experience

Required Skills & Experience

4-6 years of experience in QA or software testing roles in AWS environment.

Experience in testing enterprise applications in manufacturing, supply chain, or data integration environments.

Strong skills in API testing, system integration testing, and message-based data validation

Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar).

Familiarity with tools like Postman, JMeter, or similar for performance and functional testing.

Working knowledge of QA processes in CI/CD environments.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Understanding of quality and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).

ISTQB certification or equivalent.

Experience testing SAP modules or PLM systems such as Siemens TeamCenter.

Exposure to robotics, IoT, or industrial control software.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.

Pay Range: $60,000-$80,000 a year
