3 days in office, 2 days remote each week.

Targeted Years of Experience: 5 years

Basic qualification:

Seeking a product development quality assurance engineer with product quality assurance skills and knowledge of NR 5G and LTE protocol stack.

A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is required.

At least 5 years of experience in the wireless industry.

Experience in Android or desktop application development or validation is favored.

Experience in domain knowledge such as NR 5G, LTE, VoNR/EPS-FB/VoLTE, RedCap, NTN, and TCP/IP is preferred.

Experience with wireless networks, architecture, and protocols is preferred.

Experience in Wireless modem logging, analysis, capturing and understanding of modem/application processor architectures.

Experience with protocol analyzers, test tools such as XCAL, QXDM, Wireshark, QCAT, MA and STT.

Experience in developing or validating system performance, KPI measurement, and Parameter Analysis.

Roles and responsibilities:

Candidate will validate 5G and LTE new features and new KPIs based on NR 5G and LTE protocol (ML1, LL1, RRC, RLC, MAC, PDCP, and IP).

Candidate will work on windows and macOS application validation.

Candidate will report the identified issues to the developer team and validate the fixes.

Candidate will support the customers for troubleshooting and demos.

Candidate will work closely with various teams including but not limited to the SME, developing teams, and server teams for new feature integration and validation, issue troubleshooting, and fix validation.

Candidate will document the user manual for the application, new features, and new devices.
