Scope of Position:

The Sr. Quality Manager will facilitate implementation of Quality Management principles and tools so that optimal quality of care and research & the highest level of patient safety and outcomes can be achieved.
Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Director, Quality & Patient Safety, the Sr. Quality Manager provides facilitation for process improvement initiatives, Quality Management education for managers and team leaders, and project management for priority goals supporting the vision of creating a cancer free world, one person, one discovery at a time.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Registered Nurse. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
