What You'll Be Doing

• Perform routine sampling and testing of aggregate materials to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of test results and communicate findings to plant and quality teams
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure reliable performance
• Assist in troubleshooting material quality issues and implementing corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and plant performance

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures and equipment (training provided)
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to work in outdoor and industrial environments

Work Environment
This role is based at an aggregate plant and involves both indoor laboratory work and outdoor fieldwork. The position requires the ability to work in varying weather conditions and around heavy equipment, with appropriate safety protocols in place.
