Quality Control Analyst

Responsibilities

Job Description:
This assignment will support Consumer Lending Operations focused on work exceptions and control reporting.

They will be responsible for ensuring report integrity by fixing balances, status codes, and any variables before those reports flow to Quality Control teams who monitor them, perform testing, and audits throughout the year.

Qualifications:

• Legal processes knowledge (terminology & jargon)
• Familiarity with QC teams or quality control - (business side)
• MS skills (User level knowledge of Excel)
