POSITION OBJECTIVE
CIP/CABH COE is home to a multi-disciplinary team of behavioral healthcare professionals in the areas of systems of care, child, youth and family mental health, substance abuse, trauma, and resilience, providing consultation and technical assistance at the local and state levels on evidence-based practices, program implementation, fidelity evaluation, and system of care
policies and practices.
Working under the supervision of the CIP/CABH COE Co-Director, the Director of Fidelity and Quality Management will be responsible for overseeing and administering statewide fidelity and quality management activities for CIP/CABH COE.
This includes coordinating, managing, tracking and reporting program fidelity for Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) and Mobile Response Stabilization Services (MRSS). In addition, the Director of Fidelity and Quality Management will assist with the development of fidelity management and tracking processes for other evidence-based and evidence-supported practices (EBPs and ESPs) for State of Ohio system of care initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Responsible for implementing and administering statewide fidelity and quality management operations and infrastructure for CIP/CABH COE. (10%)
2. Coordination, tracking, management, and reporting program fidelity for Intensive Home- Based Treatment (IHBT) and Mobile Response Stabilization Services (MRSS) to programs and state regulating bodies. (20%)
3. Provide fidelity readiness technical assistance to providers to assist them in preparing for fidelity reviews. (20%)
4. Supervises the Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Fidelity Specialist, and oversees use of outside expert fidelity consultants. (15%)
5. Assist with the development of fidelity management and tracking processes for other evidence-based and evidence-supported practices (EBPs and ESPs) for the State of Ohio system of care initiatives. (10%)
6. Identify and track quality and implementation trends and make recommendations for statewide practice improvement and policy changes that support quality practice. (10%)
7. Participate in state meetings relevant to OhioRISE implementation. (5%)
8. Complete fidelity reviews when staffing patterns dictate. (10%)
