**JOB DUTIES**:
Responsible for implementing quality control and food safety procedures for Egg Division of food processing operation. Specific duties include: (1) implementing procedures, protocols, and systems relating to egg storage and processing; (2) performing recordkeeping, original labeling, new pasteurization processes, and sanitation procedures and protocols; (3) implementing quality control procedures, protocols, and systems in compliance with USDA standards and state and federal law; (4) implementing new automation and robotic systems to quality control and food safety processes; (5) identifying and creating new systems and processes to improve profitability, consumer/environmental protection, and employee safety.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, or related. **[Frequent travel required to company processing sites in Mercer County.]{.underline}**
