Quality Control Technician Job Description We are seeking a Quality Control Technician with over two years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, and blueprint reading. This role will be integral to maintaining our high standards of product quality and safety. Responsibilities Perform measurements, tests, inspections, and audits to support product control plans at the facility. Input inspection results into our Quality Management System. Assist with resolution of non-conformances and corrective actions. Provide feedback on quality procedures and tools to achieve continuous improvement. Maintain clean, organized inspection environments in the receiving area, metrology lab, and on the production floor. Identify and flag changes or concerning variations in materials. Champion safety in all work activities. Essential Skills Experience using industry standard metrology tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMMs, and optical comparators. Experience working and auditing to industry standards including ISO 9001 or equivalent, NADCAP, ASTM test standards, IPC 610/620/J-STD-001. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to evaluate color accurately during the manufacturing process. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in quality control, quality inspection, and quality assurance. Experience in manufacturing quality and machine operation. Familiarity with medical device assembly. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
