ABOUT THE JOB
You will be working under minimum supervision, performing, and documenting thorough quality inspections of the product from pre-pour to post-pour. As the Quality Control Technician you will be responsible for assisting in documenting acceptance testing of the concrete. If you are someone who has an excellent attention to detail and whose analytical skills are strong, this could be just what you're looking for. - Determines and communicates non-conformances discovered during product inspection.
- Signs off and communicates when the product has been checked and is ready to be poured.
- Maintains integrity and handling of product form flagging procedure.
- Helps to monitor production to verify adherence to proper pouring and curing procedures.
- Verifies that all pieces have received the proper finish and have been covered.

Our Quality Control Technicians provide a vital service to our company by ensuring our product meets or exceeds standards. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude to work with our team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Along with those qualities, the following are requirements of the job.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings/blueprints as they show products alone and in relation to adjacent products.
- Ability to read and follow construction details.
- Ability to develop detailed sketches of problems as a means of finding a resolution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Safety Sensitive Position:
This is a Safety Sensitive Position requiring work in a heavy manufacturing facility with various safety hazards which are potentially life-threatening to the employee and Team Members without proper safety precautions. This position may require working at heights, in confined spaces, around heavy equipment, and under constantly changing circumstances. This position may also entail project site work at night and on weekends on an as needed basis. Team Members will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies due to these safety risks.
