Job Description Perform tests on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products following current cGLP and current cGMP standards. Adhere to and revise SOP's, testing methods, and approved lab procedures as necessary. Investigate and document non-conformance issues, identifying root causes and potential solutions. - Revise and adhere to SOPs, testing methods, and approved lab procedures as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of testing and product releases.
- Coordinate material flow with Planning and Scheduling departments.
- Investigate and document non-conformance issues, identifying root causes and potential solutions.
- Organize, file, and archive quality and process documentation in both physical and digital formats.
- Accurately document processes, product quality, and test outcomes.
- Communicate any quality issues or concerns to relevant team members promptly.
- Manage time and assigned projects efficiently.
- Proficiency in Chemistry, Quality Control, and FDA compliance.
- Experience with batch record review and GMP, quality assurance standards.
- At least 1 year of experience in analytical chemistry and compliance.
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience in a laboratory setting, preferably within the personal care, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
- Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR part 210 and 211 requirements is a huge plus.
The position is on-site in Eagan, MN, operating on the 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
