Quality Assurance Specialist Job Description This position offers hands-on exposure to quality assurance, quality control, and continuous improvement projects within a manufacturing environment. You will work alongside engineers and production team members to enhance efficiency, improve yields, and uphold quality standards. Responsibilities Collaborate with engineers and production team members to boost efficiency and improve yields. Uphold quality standards within the manufacturing environment. Participate in continuous improvement projects. Essential Skills Proficiency in quality assurance and quality control processes. Experience with data entry and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of the Metric System. Computer literacy and quality inspection capabilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Pursuing a degree in engineering is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of manufacturing principles. Why Work Here? Work Environment You will work in a non-climate controlled, medium-sized facility with approximately 180 workers. The traditional manufacturing setting can be dirty at times. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Charleston, Illinois. This Position is a Contract for 2 months. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
