Responsibilities

• Documentation and Reporting:
  
  QC technicians meticulously record inspection results, document any deviations from standards, and report them to supervisors or relevant personnel.
  
  

• Process Improvement:
  
  Participate in identifying areas for process improvement to enhance product quality and consistency.
  
  

• Compliance:
  
  They ensure adherence to industry standards, safety guidelines, and company procedures.
  
  

• Training and Support:
  
  In some cases, they may assist in training other employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
  
  

• Equipment Calibration and Maintenance:
  
  They calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  
  
• Ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 30lbs
