Produce Quality Control Specialist

The purpose of the Produce Quality Control Manager is to monitor produce to ensure BEK's quality principles are met and maintained.

• Evaluate produce and document any issues found to ensure quality is maintained.
• Complete paperwork timely and efficiently after quality inspections to ensure adequate documentation of issues.
• Report findings to personnel/supervisor to maintain consistent communication among departments.
