Pay Rate: $21$22/hr
Shift: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

About the Role:
Join a leading food science team as a QC Technician supporting quality testing for food products. Youll conduct analyses on raw materials and finished goods to ensure product integrity and compliance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine QC tests (pH, RI, density, color, sensory, etc.)
  
• Inspect and evaluate incoming raw materials
  
• Maintain lab equipment and calibrate instruments regularly
  
• Record and track results in the QC system (FABS)
  
• Collaborate with QC Chemists, R&D, and Production teams
  
• Ensure all lab activities follow safety and quality protocols

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience
  
• Experience in food testing or related quality control preferred
  
• Strong attention to detail and sensory analysis skills
  
• Able to work onsite in San Fernando, with flexibility to visit other facilities as needed
  
• Comfortable with lab work, sample handling, and basic troubleshooting
