JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Quality Control Technician

Wage: $13.50/Hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday & Friday 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM

You would work a schedule that would require no weekends unless you choose to work overtime, which is available upon request! Quality Control Technician Responsibilities:

- Learn and understand the quality standards for all products

- Preform hourly audits on products

- Record and report any defects to the appropriate personnel

- Remove any products that do not meet quality standards

- Place any non-conforming products on hold

- Communicate effectively with others

- Recommending different strategies or tools to help improve quality

- Ensuring that all quality procedures are being properly followed

- Coaching other employees on best practices for producing products that meet the company's quality standards

Requirements For Quality Control Technician:

- Prolonged sitting and/or standing for 8-10 hour

- Repetitive bending, reaching, squatting, twisting, lifting may be required

- Able to lift up to 50 pounds throughout a 8 hour shift

- Candidates *MUST HAVE* a proven track record of several years of solid work history. Please include details of your work experience on your resume

- To work as a team

- Attendance is critical

- Strong attention to detail is a must

- Previous assembly experience is preferred
