This position will focus on verifying and providing oversight assistance to management as needed. Will lead by example and ensure that identified processes are completed properly under FIRST's quality assurance program at an expert level. Additionally, this position ensures accuracy of CRA reporting and performs BSA monitoring for FIRST. What you'll Do Quality Control: Demonstrate understanding of department processes and interdepartmental workflows. Complete quality control reviews for assigned processes in a timely manner. Escalate issues or findings for management review and remediation. Create and/or maintain reporting of results and/or exceptions as required. Develop trend analysis reporting and present to department management. CRA Reporting: Maintain working knowledge of the CRA requirements for FIRST. Successfully perform accurate manual geocoding on medium and high difficulty loan addresses, with minimal involvement from management. Perform CRA address maintenance in account management system. Create and maintain manual geocode reports for submission to Wintrust Compliance. Assist management in completing WTCF Compliance issues reviews and responses, as needed. BSA Monitoring: Demonstrate high level understanding of the BSA monitoring requirements for FIRST. Perform monitoring tasks with minimal errors/discrepancies as assigned by management and/or Wintrust BSA. Maintain results according to outlined procedure and/or process guidelines. Execute reporting requirements as defined by BSA procedures. General Requirements: Assist in training team members and onboarding new department tasks/processes. Complete quarterly compliance reviews Attend department meetings and functions Draft/outline annual job and professional development goals Serve as management's back up, as needed, to represent the department and for team member questions and concerns.
