Job Description Responsible for ensuring that production staff are following GMP requirements. Calibrate instruments such as viscosity meters, pH meters, and brix meters. Conduct pH titrations, viscosity, and physical testing on products. Assist with wet chemistry testing and call production holds when products are out of specification. Follow HACCP programs. Responsibilities
- Ensure production staff adhere to GMP requirements.
- Calibrate instruments including viscosity meters, pH meters, and brix meters.
- Conduct pH titrations, viscosity, and physical testing on products.
- Assist with wet chemistry testing.
- Call production holds when products are out of specification.
- Follow HACCP programs.
- At least 2 years of experience in a GMP manufacturing setting with compounding, filling, and labeling.
- Experience in the OTC drug, pharmaceutical, and/or dietary supplements industry. Candidates from the food and cosmetic industry will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of documentation.
- Ability to understand and operate fill lines, packaging, and labeling processes.
- Experience with quality control testing, including ATP, environmental testing, pH, and viscosity.
- High school diploma.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to bring a new perspective and be a go-getter.
- Understanding of the production process from start to finish.
They have 3 kaiser plans and 3 anthem plans and they can choose from (1 PPO and 2 HMOs each)
