Job Requirements and Duties:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3 plus years of food manufacturing industry experience.
  • Previous work experience in food manufacturing industry.
  • Documentation of SOPs
  • Working knowledge of GMP and HACCP processes.
  • Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards.
  • Participate in internal and external audits as requested.
  • Supporting the Quality Department in preparing accurate testing documentation for production runs to meet customer specifications.
  • Collaborating with customers and internal teams to provide essential product quality information, including uploading data into customer portals when necessary.
  • Monitoring all customer production runs to ensure proper testing and reporting, while compiling relevant data for special projects.
  • Investigating and reporting non-conformances, addressing customer concerns related to held products, and responding to product complaints effectively.
  • Assisting the Quality Manager in updating policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality forms to align with customer requirements.
  • Training Blending, Quality, and Production Teams on procedures essential for meeting customer standards.
  • Participate in Customer Complaints investigations.
  • Ensure product hold program is executed properly by QA Technicians.
  • Perform and assist with additional duties as assigned by QA Management.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.
