To Apply for this Job Click Here Quality Control Technician / Early 1 st shift 3:30am-12:00pm We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control Technician to join our team. The QC Technician will be responsible for performing tests, inspections, and record-keeping to ensure our products meet the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Follow established quality control procedures and protocols. Record, analyze, and report test data, identifying any deviations or quality issues. Collaborate with production and other teams to resolve quality concerns. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment. Assist with internal audits and prepare necessary documentation for external audits. Ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards, including USDA and SQF guidelines. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or associate degree in a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a quality control role in a manufacturing or food production environment. Basic knowledge of quality control procedures and industry standards. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency with computer applications for data recording and analysis.
