As a Defense Procurement Compliance Analyst, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting compliance and procurement processes. Job Title: Defense Procurement Compliance Analyst
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay Range: 31hr
What's the Job?
- Lead the development and documentation of key reporting, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with Department of Defense purchasing and subcontracting requirements.
- Support the transition of manual processing into the companys existing ERP solution by creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in the bid, proposal, and contract preparation process, focusing on small business subcontracting.
- Partner with various internal stakeholders to review and update procurement policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
What's Needed?
- Bachelors Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of related experience, including involvement with U.S. Government contracting or procurement activities.
- Familiarity with Small Business Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) requirements.
- Strong process management skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills.
