Quality Control Specialist

Bettinardi Golf is looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our Operations team. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will guarantee our products meet quality expectations by completing both in-process and finished goods inspections.

· Perform inspections on live production

· Perform regular quality assessments on select incoming materials and outgoing products for shipping.

· Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.

· Read blueprints, plans and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.

· Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.

· Record compliance or deviations of geometric dimensioning or tolerance for client specification

· Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.

· Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.

· Use of inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, thread gauges, pin gauges, etc.
