Quality Control Technician

Quality Control Technician Job Description As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of products in a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections on incoming products, validating product cuts with machine operators, and performing visual inspections. Your expertise will be utilized in calibrating measurement equipment and partnering with the production and quality team to maintain high standards. Responsibilities Complete inspection on incoming products. Work with machine operators to validate the accuracy of product cuts. Conduct visual inspections of products. Utilize gauges and micrometers effectively. Gather prints and calibrate measurement equipment. Partner with the production and quality team to ensure product quality. Essential Skills Experience in quality control and inspection. Proficiency in visual inspection techniques. Ability to utilize measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers. Quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Steel manufacturing experience. Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). Why Work Here?
