We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality control in our laboratory environment. This role requires a strong commitment to maintaining compliance with industry regulations and standards. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Years of experience 03 to 07 years. Candidates with over 10 years of experience may be considered overqualified for this role.
• ONLY BS DEGREE REQUIRED, NO Masters OR PHD
• Conduct Environmental Monitoring (EM) and microbiological testing in GMP cleanroom environments, including during aseptic fill operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as USP, EP, JP pharmacopoeias, ICH guidelines, and cGMP requirements.
• Perform routine QC lab functions to support product and material release, including preparation of samples, reagents, and test execution.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with cGMP, including lab records, data entry, and support for investigations.
• Support SOP development and revisions under guidance, and assist in implementing and maintaining GMP-compliant procedures and systems.
• Analyze and trend EM and microbiological data to identify potential quality issues and support regular trend reporting

• Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and reprioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
