Our client is successful and has been in business over 75 years! They have multiple food manufacturing facilities within the USA and are continuing to grow. They are needing a sharp and enthusiastic manager on their team, to head up their QA Department in this 24/7 manufacturing facility.

Job Description

Plant Quality Assurance Manager:

  • This top notch food manufacturer is currently looking for a Quality Assurance Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry.
  • Oversee the supervision and function of the entire QA Staff within this 3 shift food manufacturing operation.
  • A four-year degree is a plus; but not mandatory. 
  • Experience with CIP or sanitation would be a plus.
  • Must have had previous experience dealing with USDA & FDA related issues, analytical methods, and regulations, experience with research and development, compliance-based programs, and quality standards.
  • Knowledge with HACCP, SSOP’s, SPC’s, Government regulations, TQM, and GMP’s is a must!

Position Responsibilities & Requirements:

  Thorough knowledge food processing/manufacturing

  Food Processing Industry is a Must! (USDA/FDA Experience)

  Existing USA Work Authorization required. This company is not sponsoring a VISA.

  4-year degree is preferred & but applicable experience is accepted w/o degree!!
