Assembly, Integration, and Test Technician

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and integrate aerospace systems with precision and care

  • Inspect and test flight hardware for performance and reliability

  • Fabricate harnesses, solder components, and support mechanical builds

  • Read and follow detailed technical drawings and procedures

  • Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and test equipment

  • Collaborate across teams to meet production goals

  • Maintain clean, accurate records and follow safety protocols

What You Bring:

  • 3–7 years in aerospace or aviation operations

  • Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics

  • Skilled with tools, testing equipment, and Microsoft Office

  • Strong communication and mechanical aptitude

  • Able to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments

Bonus Points For:

  • A&P License

  • IPC or J-STD soldering certification

  • Technical degree or equivalent training

  • Forklift or crane operation experience
