What You’ll Do:
Build and integrate aerospace systems with precision and care
Inspect and test flight hardware for performance and reliability
Fabricate harnesses, solder components, and support mechanical builds
Read and follow detailed technical drawings and procedures
Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and test equipment
Collaborate across teams to meet production goals
Maintain clean, accurate records and follow safety protocols
What You Bring:
3–7 years in aerospace or aviation operations
Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics
Skilled with tools, testing equipment, and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and mechanical aptitude
Able to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
Bonus Points For:
A&P License
IPC or J-STD soldering certification
Technical degree or equivalent training
Forklift or crane operation experience
