Job Title: Silver Creek Data Quality Consultant Company: Kforce Professional Staffing, Inc. Location: Pittsburgh, PA Description: The Silver Creek Architect will provide support of the company's Data Quality (DQ) initiatives. Primary emphasis will be in the areas of Data Quality with a focus on ERP Integration and Master Data Management (MDM). The individual will be supporting new Data Quality initiatives while carrying out production support activities for the existing data quality integrations. Essential Functions: Implement data quality analysis and perform technical data quality management using Silver Creek Perform data profiling and quality analysis using Silver Creek software Act as a team lead in all phases of the project life cycle from requirements definition through implementation for assigned DQ projects Transform key business rules into a data quality solution that promotes a consistent and easy to use solution Support the Data Management Center of Excellence within the corporation in creation/maintenance of their business rules, data issues, performance issues, and connectivity/usage issues Maintain, enhance, design, develop, and implement changes to a comprehensive data quality environment Complete technical and functional tasks as assigned by the manager, which includes: requirements gathering, software design, and program development that deals with ERP and MDM integrations Interface with all levels of the organization and all departments throughout the business, including executives, business analysts, and operational and IT personnel Work closely with business users to understand and document their DQ requirements Work closely with application personnel from source systems and Database Administrators to design, validate, and approve the design of DQ solution from an end user requirements satisfaction perspective, and to validate and approve user interfaces and DQ process design Develop comprehensive documentation of requirements and design for each project assigned Provide ongoing support of systems assigned to the DQ team The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include (items are required unless noted otherwise): Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 5+ years of Data Quality experience working with Silver Creek 2+ years of Master Data Management experience 1+ years of Informatica experience Knowledge as to how to install, configure, maintain, and support Silver Creek data quality software Experience in Silver Creek Data Profiling and Quality Tools Hands on experience in Informatica Ability to build projects, gather requirements, and build business rules Good of understand de-duplication, matching, and standardization techniques Knowledge of Silver Creek to Informatica connector is a plus Familiar with Sun Solaris and Windows platform Ability to perform administrative duties such as server patches, fixes, and upgrades Experience with Trillium data quality tool is a plus Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to focus on priorities, work on multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
