Our client, a growing company, located north of Burlington Vermont, is seeking a Quality Engineer responsible for, but not limited to:  supplier and customer surveys and audits, documentation control, quality inspection plans, order review and verification, material inspection and control.  BS in Engineering and 3 – 5 years of quality control inspection or quality engineering work experience.  ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (or higher) preferred. Nuclear or capital equipment industry experience is strongly preferred. Must have strong problem-solving and quality improvement skills including knowledge of management and planning tools, quality tools, preventive and corrective actions. Must have understanding of quality philosophies, principles, systems, methods, tools, standards, organizational and team dynamics, customer satisfaction, supplier relations and performance, leadership, training, interpersonal relationships, improvement systems and professional ethics.
