Description:The Quality Assurance Manager works closely with the technology product management team in coordination with the Quality Assurance team to develop and ensure Quality solutions for complex and difficult Projects and/or applications under test, with the use of but not limited to spreadsheets, Quality assurance test tools such as (Microsoft / Mercury), or any tools that increase efficiency and productivity of the QA and Test effort.Lead small QA team effectively to meet project scope and timelines within the specified budgets.Specific Responsibilities:- QA and test low, medium to high complexity modules.- Develop and execute narrative test plans, test cases, test scripts- Analyze requirements and analysis models.- Project planning, estimations and monitoring of tasks to completion.- Elevate project and staff related issues as necessary- Lead a QA project team.- Providing technical guidance to more junior Analysts and / or associates Position Requirements / Skills Required: - Ability to stay focused and detail-oriented in a fast-paced dynamic environment.- Demonstrates use technology into a key competitive advantage for QA and IT.Kaplan is an Equal Opportunity Employer
